Refund Request Form

Due to the impact of the Big Sur wildfires (status update) on our property and the Big Sur area, we have had to cancel a number of our programs. Any payments you have already made will be automatically transferred into Esalen credit and available for future use. There are no additional steps required for you to have those funds available to visit Esalen another time.

If you would like to request a full refund, please fill out the form below. Be sure to provide your name, telephone number, and email address and we will issue your refund via the same method that your payment was submitted. Do not enter any credit card information or other sensitive data in this form. Your request will be processed automatically and you will only be contacted if we need additional information to process your refund.

Please be aware that this refund request is specifically for workshops cancelled due to our closure during the fires. All other cancellations are subject to the normal cancellation policy.
